Yummus!!!

Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) or 4 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup water
2 tbsp almond butter
10-20 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp turmeric
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Decorate with some red pepper flakes and/or herbs!
Nutritional Benefits
Garlic contains phytonutrients that are beneficial for healing a variety of diseases and illnesses. Turmeric is a fantastic anti-inflammatory! Chickpeas are a great source of protein.
